The building permits issued for Mark Conlee’s redevelopment are not completed as required by the State of Iowa. There is no documentation of the tons of fill dirt trucked in, in fact Conlee committed perjury in civil court regarding the fill dirt. The building permit for Conlee’s new home was not signed by the builder (Conlee) nor was there a fee charge for the new structure. The permit for the noncompliant garage indicated the building was completed in 4 days. That is impossible to claim as it would take nearly that long for the concrete slab to be poured and setup. City building official continued to issue Conlee 3 more permits after he refused to address my concerns.
