Glyphosate it the chemical determined by a EPA investigation to be applied by Council Member Mark Conlee unlawfully on my property. I believe it is possible that the chemical Conlee applied to my property the first year was something more lethal that Roundup, however the EPA would not test that area stating it was a private issue. After the investigation the city street dept director received a letter warning the city of every violation of the law that occured, The director advised me the city council could not tell me what the chemical was because nobody knew it had been applied. The chemicals were applied by Mark Conlee with intent to cause me serious injury or death. After receiving the warning letter Conlee kept the chemicals on my side of our 300′ common boundary where he was protected by the City and county from being prosecuted for trespassing.
