Are private property right Federally protected?

  1. Well I guess the silence answers this question. Yes private property rights are protected by the 14 Amendment. Federal civil rights division has the duty to prosecute the corrupt local officials under public corruption charges and well as conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. The fact that no authority has ever reviewed my evidence, instead using hearsay as evidence supports corrupt public officials clear up to the AUSA. Had the original civil court order been complied to or enforced I would not be homeless, suffering a chronic severe skin disorder and my golden years would what I had planned for my destiny. The fact that no authority has ever reviewed my evidence is the only thing keeping me from defending my own rights. How the hell can you people, any of you pretend that my situation is not serious violation of civil rights and civil liberties is beyond me. Karma is a bitch. Fraud is a criminal offense, I have no authority to bring criminal charges to the courts. Trespassing is a criminal offenses, I have no authority to bring criminal charges to the courts. The fact that a civil court order has already been ordered but not complied to,, I believe that is a criminal offense also . I recognize that I am not an attorney but I believe this is bullshit https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/18mtF3_4WB2u3mEe1OoSb2QpwlgvI25ulAS5BheCPq4Q/edit?usp=sharing.#glyphosate #Publiccorruption #Privatepropertyrights #nepotism #kleptocracy.
