I opened the letter from the Dept of Justice

The letter stated that the statute of limitations has expired. WHAT? I contact Senator Grassley in 2007. I have been complaining the last several years that the timeliness is unacceptable. Seems the US Attorney is just recently getting my complaint. I am sorry but I am not responsible for any statute of limitations expiring in this case. Whoever received it from Senator Grassley is responsible for any mishandling of my case. A case that is unprecedented. A case in which the most brutal means of attack were used. Chemical weapons were used with intent to cause serious injury or death. They did cause serious lifelong injury and had I not fled I would be dead. If I would have done this to another human being I would be in prison the rest of my life. How can the statute of limitations be expired if the FBI was investigating this case appropriately? Who is the victim of mishandling of a complaint. I am. So what now. I have followed all the proper procedures, except during the time I was blind and unable to function normally. I could not get my vision restored until 2012. I could not read. This is really a disappointment, I thought my case was being investigated all this time, but it seems the US Attorney is just recently getting my complaint. Come on now, this is unacceptable. Senator Grassley will hopefully deal with incompetence. He supports whistleblowers and exposing corruption. I hope he gets to the root of the problem with my case. The evidence supports all my allegations, the perps implicate themselves on public record. What could go wrong?

  1. That answer from the justice department was one I have no doubt would be my answer in my case. In my opinion, the law is not being applied equally to taxpayers vs government employees. My case carries judgments that the parties never tried to collect especially once it was known I was hearing impaired and I bought my own court reporter setup. You have made it known and your injustice will be helpful if tried again against other people.

In my opinion, if you can convict these men for the sexual abuse you should also be able to get justice. These women have longer statues than the length of yours. The law id there they are just ignoring the law for the good old boy routine just like in the case of sexual abuse. This is also discrimination of rights.

    1. oh there is no question that if I had been a male instead of a single middle-aged female this would have never happened. The are not men, they are mice. I am confident that I could physically whip the ship out of anyone of them, but I was under the false belief that justice would be served and not to take the law into my own hands. I am much wiser now but I learned this lesson at a very large cost. I am not afraid to approach anyone of this pussies and swing on them. I will happily pay a fine for an assault. You know that using chemical as a weapon also falls under assault. But in Lee County, Iowa the criminal charges are reserved for the ones who have not committed criminal offenses.
      Definitely sexual discrimination

    2. I do not have the status to have any of these sleaze bags charged with a crime. None whatsoever. My entire life I always thought that the opinion of most people in my hometown about me was that I was an honest, hardworking, solid, honest person. I have never lied, stole, or cheated anyone. This elites can continue to wear their masks but by the time I am finished everyone will know the true character of my terrorist attackers, whether they ever speak about it or not.
